Cecile has a Bachelor of Business (Accounting), Graduate Diploma in Applied Corporate Governance,
and a Land and Engineering Survey Drafting Certificate. She is a Certified Practicing Accountant, Chartered Secretary of Australia, and Graduate of the Australian Institute of Company Directors. Cecile is Company Secretary of Blackmores Limited and has held a variety of positions. Her experience includes financial management, enterprise resource planning system implementations, design of business reporting solutions and business management. Cecile joined the Board in 2009.
Chris is a highly experienced CFO/COO who has led finance and operations teams to deliver business success for multi-national blue chip organisations. Chris has nurtured organisations through dynamic growth phases, mergers and acquisitions, and turn-around situations. He is adept at applying experience and knowledge across industry and market sectors to deliver competitive edge and drive business success. He is a fellow of the Chartered Institute of Management Accountants and has a Master of Science degree in Biotechnology as well as a Bachelor of Science degree in Environmental Sciences/Microbiology.
Dr Sue Craig
Sue has a Bachelor of Science and PhD in Business & Informatics. She is an elected Member of the NSW Division Advisory Council, Australian Institute of Company Directors and an advisor to the Automated External Defibrillator Deployment Registry. Sue has more than 15 years of experience in management and consulting roles focused on strategy development and performance management. She has also advised and worked with boards and senior management teams to evaluate organisational risk, control environments and strengthen governance of complex organisations. Sue is currently Managing Director of Transformance Group. Prior to this, she was Director of Sector Governance for the NSW Department of Premier & Cabinet, and Director / National Lead for Clinical Information Systems at PwC Australia. Sue joined the Board in 2015.
Dr. Stephen Ginsborg
Dr Stephen Ginsborg has been a General Practitioner on the Northern Beaches for more than 30 years and respected for his work and dedication to providing high quality, personalised services to a wide range of people and their communities. Stephen helps develop strategies to assist GPs plan options for older people to receive care in a manner and place of their choice. His interests include Mental Health, Elder and Palliative Care. He liaises with the local Aboriginal and Torres Strait Community and works with remote Aboriginal Medical Services. Stephen is also Director of Manly Warringah Division of General Practice, Medical Director of National Home Doctor Service, Director of Council on the Ageing (NSW), Director of the Sydney North Primary Health Network and Chair of the Sydney North Primary Health Network Clinical Governance Committee. Stephen has a Bachelor of Medicine and Surgery, Master of Arts, Member of Australian Institute of Company Directors.
Chris has a Bachelor of Commerce and is qualified as a member of the Chartered Institute of Management Accountants with a Certified Practicing Accountant. He is a Graduate of the Australian Institute of Company Directors and spent ten years as a director across a variety of organisations and industries, including as Company Secretary and Audit Committee member, and is currently the director for four companies. He has worked as a senior executive across multiple industries, predominantly accountable for the development and implementation of strategies and business plans to dramatically improve performance for global corporations and SMEs. Chris joined the board in 2014 and became Treasurer in July 2015.
Sian has a Bachelor of Arts (Government) and Bachelor of Laws and is a practicing solicitor with 15 years’ experience and currently works as a Special Counsel at a top-tier law firm. She is an Accredited Specialist in Employment and Industrial Law and has extensive experience in compliance with the Fair Work Act and Work Health and Safety Act, as well as in providing advice and representation for clients in State and Commonwealth Tribunals – including litigation arising from alleged disability discrimination. Sian also provides strategic advice to employers in the not-for-profit, public and private sectors and investigates and reports risk management. She joined the Board in 2015.
Grant has a Bachelor of Science in Electro-Mechanical Engineering, Master of Science in Industrial Engineering. He is a Director in PwC Australia’s Consulting practice and a member of PwC’s Digital Services team – where he explores how customer-centricity, analytics and digital strategies can drive growth and customer engagement. He has more than 15 years’ experience in consulting and management positions across a variety of business sectors including technology, retail and consumer products, financial services and health – including aged care. Grant joined the Board in 2015.
Robyn Chapman, B.App.Sc (Phty), MAICD has extensive experience across the ageing, disability and health sectors as a physiotherapist, academic in systemic advocacy and in administration.
Robyn is CEO, Assistive Technology Australia and believes in the importance of independent, impartial advice and information, building capacity of individuals and communities, person centred practice and of course the role of assistive technology in enabling lives of choice.
