    Cecile Cooper

    Cecile has a Bachelor of Business (Accounting), Graduate Diploma in Applied Corporate Governance,
    and a Land and Engineering Survey Drafting Certificate. She is a Certified Practicing Accountant, Chartered Secretary of Australia, and Graduate of the Australian Institute of Company Directors. Cecile is Company Secretary of Blackmores Limited and has held a variety of positions. Her experience includes financial management, enterprise resource planning system implementations, design of business reporting solutions and business management. Cecile joined the Board in 2009.


    Chris Hunt

    Chris is a highly experienced CFO/COO who has led finance and operations teams to deliver business success for multi-national blue chip organisations. Chris has nurtured organisations through dynamic growth phases, mergers and acquisitions, and turn-around situations. He is adept at applying experience and knowledge across industry and market sectors to deliver competitive edge and drive business success. He is a fellow of the Chartered Institute of Management Accountants and has a Master of Science degree in Biotechnology as well as a Bachelor of Science degree in Environmental Sciences/Microbiology.


    Dr Sue Craig

    Sue has a Bachelor of Science and PhD in Business & Informatics. She is an elected Member of the NSW Division Advisory Council, Australian Institute of Company Directors and an advisor to the Automated External Defibrillator Deployment Registry. Sue has more than 15 years of experience in management and consulting roles focused on strategy development and performance management. She has also advised and worked with boards and senior management teams to evaluate organisational risk, control environments and strengthen governance of complex organisations. Sue is currently Managing Director of Transformance Group. Prior to this, she was Director of Sector Governance for the NSW Department of Premier & Cabinet, and Director / National Lead for Clinical Information Systems at PwC Australia. Sue joined the Board in 2015.


    Dr. Stephen Ginsborg

    Dr Stephen Ginsborg has been a General Practitioner on the Northern Beaches for more than 30 years and respected for his work and dedication to providing high quality, personalised services to a wide range of people and their communities. Stephen helps develop strategies to assist GPs plan options for older people to receive care in a manner and place of their choice. His interests include Mental Health, Elder and Palliative Care. He liaises with the local Aboriginal and Torres Strait Community and works with remote Aboriginal Medical Services. Stephen is also Director of Manly Warringah Division of General Practice, Medical Director of National Home Doctor Service, Director of Council on the Ageing (NSW), Director of the Sydney North Primary Health Network and Chair of the Sydney North Primary Health Network Clinical Governance Committee. Stephen has a Bachelor of Medicine and Surgery, Master of Arts, Member of Australian Institute of Company Directors.


    Chris Liell-Cock

    Chris has a Bachelor of Commerce and is qualified as a member of the Chartered Institute of Management Accountants with a Certified Practicing Accountant. He is a Graduate of the Australian Institute of Company Directors and spent ten years as a director across a variety of organisations and industries, including as Company Secretary and Audit Committee member, and is currently the director for four companies. He has worked as a senior executive across multiple industries, predominantly accountable for the development and implementation of strategies and business plans to dramatically improve performance for global corporations and SMEs. Chris joined the board in 2014 and became Treasurer in July 2015.


    Grant Brokenshire

    Grant has a Bachelor of Science in Electro-Mechanical Engineering, and a Master of Science in Industrial Engineering.  He has more than 15 years of experience in management consulting and leadership positions across a variety of business sectors including technology, retail and consumer products, financial services and health – including aged care.  He has a deep interest in technology and innovation and working with organisations to capture the opportunities these create for digital enablement and customer-centricity. Grant joined the Board in 2015.


    Jakob Webster

    Jakob has over 15 years practical experience in strategic visioning and definition as well as experience in delivering large business and technology program transformation across a range of industries, both corporate, government and NFP. His areas of expertise include Sales process design, Customer experience strategy design, Business process, performance and productivity improvement, and extensive experience in Technology platform solution design and program delivery. He has worked with clients to help them define and execute their customer experience strategy by assisting them to deliver improvements across their marketing, sales and service functions.
