CCNB is proud to announce that we have partnered with Blackmores to launch the Blackmores Mercie Whelan Women+Wellbeing Awards 2018.
The awards celebrate acts of courage and determination by women in the Northern Sydney region who have made an outstanding contribution to the local community by improving the health and wellbeing of others.
CCNB decided to partner with Blackmores on these awards in recognition of the essential role played by community organisations in supporting holistic wellbeing and the many amazing women driving and supporting key initiatives.

Forty finalists and their guests will be invited to attend a Blackmores International Women’s Day Harbour Cruise on Thursday 8th March 2018 from 6pm to 9.30pm featuring special guest speaker and journalist Tracey Spicer, who is renowned for her passion for social justice and commitment to equality.
Nominations are invited for the following categories, with winners each awarded $500 prize money and a Blackmores Annual Wellbeing Package including a naturopathic consultation and Blackmores products.
- StrongBeing: Acts of courage and determination by everyday women who have dealt with adversity, survived and prospered.
- CommunityBeing: Caregivers who work tirelessly for others including carers, health and community care professionals.
- ChangeBeing: Celebrating bold acts of leadership, advocacy and/or education to help girls and women realise their ambitions and potential to help themselves and others.
- YoungBeing: Celebrating the achievements of young women aged 16-22 who have achieved extraordinary social change in their community through passion, commitment and vision.
