Thank you so very much for the care you gave both mum and Dad. I am sorry I have not been in touch sooner. I have not really even been to their unit. It’s all a bit hard to think they are not there. I will miss them so much as they were amazing and loving parents. I am can only say how grateful I was for your assistance with their care to remain at home.
It’s not just the job you do but your wonderful style of engaging with your clients as if they are the only ones that matter. Mum and Dad had a very high regard for you and the wonderful manner you dealt with all they needed.
Once again, thank you!
Wishing you the best of everything
B, you have been a great help over the last 6 months since we first met and it has been a pleasure working with you to give mum the best possible quality of life while it was possible for her to stay in the family home. And we did make a lot of progress forward, from when I first arrived in Sydney (couldn’t have done it without your cooperation and instinctively caring nature). Also, could you please give a special thank you to V she is a diamond (it’s hard to get a great worker like her, SHE HAS THE SAME CARING ETHICS AS YOURSELF)
Please feel free to forward any of my feedback to your management, it is always so easy to point the finger of blame and yet the main attention should be focused on the work that goes on from people such as yourself and Vicki that are dedicated to making the life of an elderly human being full of a better quality of life while keeping in mind a high standard of hygiene and professionalism.
